David Fleming - Managing Director
David has worked as a senior executive in the Receivables Management Industry since 1995. Positions held include General Manager, Receivables Management (NSW) Pty Ltd, Chief Executive Officer, Alliance Group Holdings Pty Ltd and General Manager, Baycorp Advantage Limited, Australia and New Zealand. During this period David was responsible for the "green fields" establishment of the Alliance Group and it's rapid growth to profitability and market prominence in a 2.5 year period. David is a Certified Financial Planner and AICM Member.
Craig Young – Director
Craig developed his collection knowledge in the banking and finance industry (State Bank of NSW 9 years) and the Mercantile Agency industry (RMG and CCS Hunter and Stewart) in Management positions before starting Impact in 1998. Craig is responsible for analysing collection results and works closely with management to improve performance for our customers. Craig is responsible for many business concepts, including Webcollect and industry first pricing structures. Craig holds committee positions in registered clubs and is a member of the AICM. Craig has completed an Advanced Diploma in Risk Management and ISO 9002 certification training.
